one of the best shows I've ever seen
I wasn't as excited as usual for this maiden show as the presale did not grant me particularly great seats. Then when got there I fond the venue to be very poorly designed for getting such a large crowd in. Getting to the bathroom or getting a drink was a nightmare.... but the show. Just wow. I've seen maiden many times now and much closer but they sounded utterly fantastic this time. Perfect sound, perfect vocals from Bruce, and perfect setlist with a great blend of new and old. the visuals were stunning to go along with it! what a show! It was also great to see a Euro band like Within Temptation open as well. I haven't seen them in 14 years but they've held up great.
